J.R. Clarke Public Library now has a Resource List with about 100 different organizations that assist those people living in Darke, Miami & Shelby Counties in the following categories:
- Emergency Shelters
- Recovery Homes (Drug/Alcohol)
- In-patient Residential Treatment Locations (Drug/Alcohol)
- Treatment Centers
- Food Pantries
- Out-of-Step programs – A Christian based transitional program that works with sex offenders, addicts in recover, and re-entry from jail/prison, etc.)
- Soup Kitchens
- Many other types of programs in these three counties
