“KEEP MOVING” Adult Exercise Class for Men and Women
JRC is pleased to promote the “Keep Moving” Exercise class for men and women instructed by Vicki Hand! Vicki has an extensive background in Exercise Therapy and she will keep everyone inspired!
The class will meet weekly on beginning on Wednesday, September 21 and Friday, September 23. The class will last from 9:30am – 10:30am each day. The fee is $1.00 per session and your first class will be free. This specific Exercise Class will last for eight weeks. The exercise will help everyone improve and increase his or her Range of Motion, Flexibility, Coordination, Balance, Blood Circulation and his or her Sense of Humor! We will have lots of fun! We will be exercising to music and the movements can be adapted to any age!
Join us in the Community Room at JR Clarke! We will soon be moving to a Friday, also! So…the “Keep Moving” class will be on Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:30! The library will post this change on the website and Facebook when it occurs.
