The Covington Optimist Oratorical Contest will be held at 6:00 p.m. in the JR Clarke Community Room. You will love listening to these very important speeches given by our school students. Community members please come to the library to hear them give these fantastic self-written, original speeches, which will improve their speaking skills in public! Light Refreshments will be served!
