J.R. Clarke Public Library has announced upcoming news and activities for the entire month of November 2024.
Organized in 1917, J. R. Clarke Public Library of Covington was first known as the Covington-Newberry Township School and Public Library. Over the past 100-plus years, the library has impacted several generations in the Covington community.
The J.R. Clarke Public Library has virtually every research resource you could possibly need available at your fingertips for Preschool, Students, Adults, Senior Citizens, and Businesses.
J.R. Clarke Public Library is proud to offer digital downloads of all Covington High School yearbooks from 1950 to the current day. Each yearbook is provided in PDF format and available for personal use only.

Our Mission
The mission of the J. R. Clarke Public Library is to provide a broad range of library materials and services to meet the educational, cultural, and recreational needs of the public and encourage lifelong learning within the community.
Historic Photo Archives
The J.R. Clarke Public Library has compiled an archive platform for historic photographs of Covington, Ohio and the surrounding areas. All photos have been donated by local photographers, businesses and community organizations. These photos are available for personal, educational and non-profit usage and may not be used for commercial or marketing practices without the consent of those who donated the images.
