J.R. Clarke Public Library is blessed to have Laurie Deubner, a retired teacher of Covington Exempted Village Schools, as our StoryTime teacher.
“I love these smallest readers,” says Laurie. “You never know what they will say or do. They are so enthusiastic, it is contagious! I am always amazed at the folks who bring them to our library and have encouraged their little ones’ love of reading. It is a sight to see two or three generations picking out their books together.”
Every Tuesday at 9:00am and again at 10:30am is Developmental StoryTime with Miss Laurie and Miss Mary Kate. Many preschool activities, skills and books will be presented to the children! Ages three, four and five children who have not attended Kindergarten. Please sign-up in advance at the Circulation Desk.
